These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Your order and our contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and we will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Wareholdltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on our prices. Payment is taken securely when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and at checkout. Some items are dispatched from our own stock and others directly from our UK supplier partners, so orders may arrive in separate parcels. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Products

We take care to describe and show products accurately. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Please follow any instructions and safety information supplied with a product.

7. Our liability

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this website when you placed it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
