Refund policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order, return an item and get a refund from Wareholdltd. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel

If you buy from us online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.

To cancel, email support@warehold.co.uk with your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. We will tell you the return address when you contact us.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items you have changed your mind about. We recommend a tracked service, as items lost in return transit are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Please return items in their original condition and, where possible, original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it, but we may reduce your refund if its value has been reduced by handling beyond that.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example cosmetics) once the seal has been broken
  • Items made to your specification or clearly personalised
  • Items that by their nature are mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, please email support@warehold.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the problem. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
  • After 30 days and within 6 months, we will repair or replace the item. If that is not possible, or does not fix the problem, you are entitled to a refund.
  • We will cover the reasonable cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We do not refund any extra cost of a faster delivery option you chose.
