Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over our free-delivery threshold, shown at checkout, qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or because of courier delays.

Multiple parcels

Some items are sent from our own stock in Hull and others directly from our UK supplier partners. If your order contains items from different locations, it may arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email you with tracking information where available.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please email support@warehold.co.uk with your order number. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
